Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Anjos. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45.90. Orders below this amount will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at bruno.2021anjos@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages The Anjos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
